Yes. We specialise in custom Mylar bags, pre-roll tubes, and other packaging. You can supply your artwork or work with our in-house designers to create a completely original look for your brand. We support both digital and rotogravure print processes depending on quantity.

We offer a full size range, including:

  Each size is designed with accurate volume, food safety, and premium print clarity in mind.

For custom designs, the MOQ is generally 1,000 pieces per design. However, we also offer bundle packs and pre-printed designs with much lower minimums (starting at 50 units) for businesses just starting out or testing new lines.

For custom orders, standard production time is 2–3 weeks, followed by shipping. For in-stock bundles or plain packaging, we typically ship within 24–72 hours. UK orders arrive faster, and international shipping is available.

Yes. All our Mylar bags come with strong zip-lock closures and are fully heat-sealable, allowing you to vacuum seal or apply tamper-evident seals as needed. This ensures maximum freshness and compliance.

If you’re commissioning a custom design or logo through CaliPack Pro, your artwork is 100% exclusive and never reused or resold. Pre-designed bundles and in-stock artwork are available to multiple buyers, unless you request exclusivity.
